About Transforming Conversations

Delivered in partnership with 3D Coaching, Transforming Conversations will enable you to utilize coaching skills in all kinds of settings in your ministry – conducting pastoral conversations, supervising or accompanying colleagues in ministry, and supporting people in their faith journeys.

It will help you become even more effective at facilitating meetings and groups. The learning will also help you make the most out of supervision and accompaniment you receive.

The course is run in a group setting over two sets of consecutive days with a gap in-between to allow you to process and practice what you are learning.

We are developing and refining skills. This is experiential learning. There is no PowerPoint and no back row.

This course was incredibly helpful and practically useful. I'd recommend it to anyone in a position of leadership.

This course will run over 4 days full days (each day runs 9am - 5pm in Luton) and participants must attend all sessions of the course:

I thought the four days' worth of the Transforming Conversations course were really fantastic: excellent presenters. It was great to have a chance for in-person training and lots of practical things to take away. Really worth it!
