Follow in the footsteps of John Bunyan across the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside. From
Pavenham, north of Bedford, to Streatley, just north of Luton, this 82 mile circular walk
explores some key places in Bunyan’s life and also some of his inspiration for Pilgrims
Progress.
The walk will be broken down into 10 sections, ranging from 5 to 10.5 miles, and
participants can do as many or as few sections as they wish. Each day will start with 9:45am
morning prayer. We will visit a few churches on the way, and finish with a drink in a pub
at the end. Participants are asked to bring their own packed lunch and water for the walk.
